My bottles came in all scratched and loose. The box is ruined and I cannot display my fragrances and I have reached out about getting a replacemnet and I have not heardback. I love the product and the brand is in my top favorites but I would love to get a box that I can display as that is why I bought the collectors edition.

Terrible.Presentation arrived damaged. The pachouli 01 is the worst launch. Requested mymoney back and customer service ignoring my requests. Swiss Arabian was once my favorite brand but the ways of business need to be improved. Do better.

I was charged a $75 Tariff on top of the already $200 i spent on the perfume. When I asked customer service would I be reimbursed, I was told NO. Therefore, I will NEVER order from the Swiss Arabian US ever again.

When it arrived, the bottles had fallen out of the inserts and got banged up.It also torn and ruined the inside of the box.I sent an email but it was never replied to.

I review fragrance content on IG and TikTok, and I couldn't properly show it because of the damage. Id love to work with you guys in the future and see what else you have coming up.
