Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, factory sealed, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Opened or unsealed fragrance products cannot be returned for hygiene and quality assurance reasons.

Shipping Costs for Returns
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective product).

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered the shipping process.
