Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Origin
Most orders ship from our warehouse in Brookfield, Connecticut, USA. In some cases, products may ship directly from our Dubai office to improve availability and fulfillment times.

Domestic Shipping (USA)
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (when applicable). Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days.

International Shipping
International orders are generally shipped via DHL Express with an estimated delivery time of 4–10 business days.

Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, VAT, or brokerage charges imposed by their country.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control may affect delivery.
