What is your shipping policy?

We ship within the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

  • USA – Standard U.S shipping carrier rates apply. Ground delivery typically takes five to seven business days after your purchase is placed.
  • Mexico – Shipping is estimated between 6-14 business days. Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.  Duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer once packages arrive to destination country.
  • Canada – Shipping is estimated between 4-12 business days. Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout.  Duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer once packages arrive to destination country.

What is your return and refund policy?

Returns are only eligible within 30 days of the order purchase date and must be in unopen/unused condition. To request return instructions for an eligible return, contact our Customer Service team at customercare@swissarabiangroup.com for assistance.

How do I cancel or change my order?

We are not able to make any changes to an order or cancel it once it has been placed. However, if you decide you’d like to return the product after receiving it, you may. See our return policy for more details.

How do I check my order status or order tracking?

Please log into your account; once logged in you will see your order history and tracking information.

If you don’t have an account with us, contact customercare@swissarabiangroup.com with your order number, name, and email address.

What do I do if something is wrong with my order?

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify our Customer Service team immediately. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit.

Damaged items must be reported with order ID to customercare@swissarabiangroup.com within 7 days of receipt. We will then provide next steps toward resolution.
